Quick update, a lot of changes last week to help agency teams collaborate better:

Outlook Integration

People are already using our Gmail integration to send real pitches. We are excited to introduce the same streamlined experience to Outlook users.

Now you have 4 ways to send emails:

  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Instantly
  • Export to CSV
  • (Need anything else? Reply to let me know)

All your sent emails will appear in your "Sent" folder, so you can easily create followups.

Table Views & Sharing

You can now create saved views on any media list - filter it down, save it, share just that view with your teammates or clients.

Example: share a curated shortlist with client, or create different views for different owners on the team.

Credits Usage Dashboard

Full breakdown of where your credits are going - see exactly how much each list or each enrichment step cost. History table shows every charge, and you can export to CSV if you need it for expense reports or just want to audit.

Other Small stuff that adds up:

  • You can now duplicate any table with one click.
  • Smarter AI Formulas - AI now writes your formulas with more accuracy

Coming this week - journalist data quality

We've been hard at work with integrating a media database into our system, which will be a huge step forward in terms of data quality. I'm running some benchmarks right now and will share more details later this week.
