Deep Article Analysis and a Better Email Editor Are Live

Agent Mode launched two weeks ago, and people are already using it to get timely campaign ideas and targeted media lists in one conversation. (try here if you haven't)

We're working on extending this into the full journey - refining your media lists and helping you actually send personalized pitches. That's coming very soon.

Meanwhile, here's what we shipped in the last 2 weeks.

Deep article analysis

 

We added a dedicated workflow column called "Fetch URL" that pulls the full article content of any article. (in markdown format, optimized for AI to read)

This by itself is not impressive but acts as a great building block - combine it with "Use AI" now you can do deep analysis on 100s of articles in seconds.

For example:

• Affiliate link detection - See which journalist monetizes their coverage
• Sentiment analysis - Understand their stance on any topic before you pitch
• Competitor tracking - Know which competitors they mention and how
• Source patterns - See if they quote experts or cite studies
• Writing style matching - Analyze tone and complexity to pitch in their voice

Better intel = better pitches.

Email editor improvements (Gmail + Outlook)

• AI-generated text can now be used directly in your emails. Bold, italics, bullets, headers - whatever you generate renders exactly as intended when sent. (for our power users who use AI to create personalizations)
• You can now import your signatures (including images and links)
• In-line image and attachment support

What's next for email: Scheduling (and have AI optimize by timezone), follow-ups, and open/reply tracking. ETA May 2026 - then you'll have the full email pitching suite.
